B2C Word is the owner and operator of www.hesttonshirts.com, including all domains and subdomains related to hestton.com. These general terms and conditions of sale are available in English. These terms and conditions apply to any person (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") accessing the website and making a remote purchase through the website www.hesttonshirts.com and cover all technologies, devices, and products offered by the website on its web pages. They govern the relationship between, on the one hand, the company B2C Word, a company registered with the Paris Commercial Court, and, on the other hand, "the Customer". Any joint reference to the company B2C World and the Customer shall be referred to as "the Parties" in these general terms and conditions of sale.

Any use of the website indicates that the person has read, understood and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale which are available on the website www.hesttonshirts.com.

Legal age: The Customer declares that they are of legal age or hold parental authorization to place an order on the website.

Prices:

Clear and precise prices are indicated on the website in Euros or converted into the chosen currency. Taxes and shipping costs are included as stated. If they do not appear as such in the order confirmation, they are not included. Any additional charges may be applied by customs services. Hestton shirt reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Items will be billed at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation, as per the procedure outlined in Article 6.2 of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Order

The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale prior to placing the order.

• Orders can only be placed on the website www.hesttonshirts.com.
• Both parties acknowledge that the items presented on the website may not be available or for sale at the time of the order.
• Both parties acknowledge that the colors of the items presented on the website may vary from the actual colors due to differences in individual computer monitor settings and other factors affecting individual color perception.
• Hestton shirt reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer's account if they violate any of the provisions of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Order confirmation :

• Following the order of one or more items, the Customer has the opportunity to verify the contents of their order, the total price with details, and if necessary, to correct its content. The Customer will confirm the order by accepting it, which will be considered final and effective after validation of the online payment by the Customer. Following the validation of the online payment, the Customer will receive an order confirmation and an online payment confirmation.
• Any order confirmed by online payment constitutes the conclusion of the sales contract as described in the order confirmation. This entails acceptance of the total price, product descriptions and quantities, as well as these general terms and conditions of sale. As the product is exclusive in terms of choices and measurements, it cannot be cancelled.
• The data recorded on the site during the order constitutes proof of all transactions between the Parties

Fabric availability:

Hestton shirt strives to ensure the availability of fabrics presented on the website. However, stock shortages that are not reported on the site in a timely manner may occur. In such cases, B2C World undertakes to offer a replacement fabric by email or to refund the Customer via bank transfer within 20 days.

• In no case shall a stock shortage constitute a dispute. A refund cannot be made by reversing the payment on the credit card or by opening a dispute.

Shipping and Returns :

Hestton shirt strives to ensure delivery within 15 business days in Europe from the date of final and irrevocable payment.

• Hestton shirt undertakes to inform the Customer of any foreseeable delivery delays.
• Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated at the time of the order.
• The Customer becomes the owner of the goods upon delivery.
• Any reservations regarding the quantity of the products delivered must be notified to the carrier at the time of delivery. A copy of the notification issued by the carrier must be sent by the Customer to Hestton shirt by email within 24 hours of delivery.
• It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the goods immediately upon delivery. In cases of non-conformity of the delivered items compared to the order, the Customer must send a complaint email to B2C World. Hestton shirt, as the case may be, exchange or alter the items. Requests must be made within 7 business days of delivery. Claims made after the 7- business-day deadline will not be accepted. Items must be returned to an address indicated by Hestton shirt, in the same condition in which the Customer received them. Shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
• Differences in measurements are considered manufacturing defects when the measurements do not correspond to the ordered measurements. A margin of error is allowed for the manufacture of the first shirt order. In order to avoid this kind of inconvenience, it is preferable to send the measurements of an existing shirt to allow Hestton shirt to compare the proposed measurements with the latter.

Payment :

Payments are accepted only by credit or debit card via our secure payment module. Payment data is transmitted via the secure SSL protocol to the Stripe online payment system without Hestton Shirt or any third-party having access to it.

Governing law :

This contract is governed by French law and the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
